How can candidates get technical support during an assessment?

We offer technical support to candidates through a dedicated help center and contact link.

We aim to make the testing experience as positive and effortless as possible for your candidates. If your candidates run into a problem, we're here to fix it.

There are two ways candidates can get technical support:

  1. Help & Inspiration center: we have a help center for candidates where they can find quick answers to the most common questions.
  2. Direct support: if a candidate needs further assistance, they can contact us directly. This can be done even while taking an assessment; below each assessment is a contact link. They can also reach out to us from within the help center.

We update you as quickly as possible if one of your candidates contacts us with any issues during an assessment.
