Extra credits are automatically charged to your account as needed. If you find you need more credits on a regular basis, you can upgrade your subscription.
Depending on your plan, you get a certain number of free credits per month or year. When you've used up these credits, you'll pay a standard fee for each additional candidate that starts one of your assessments (for specific prices, see our pricing page).
To make sure a candidate is never blocked from starting an assessment, extra credits are automatically charged through the payment method you've provided.
Find yourself needing more credits every month? You can upgrade your subscription at any time in your account settings by selecting "My plan." Learn more here.
You can check your credit balance at any time while logged in to your TestGorilla account. First, click your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then select "My plan" from the drop-down menu. Your current credit balance is shown here ("3" in the example below).
