How can I change the tests in an existing assessment?

Make changes to an existing assessment by using the "Edit" option.

Note: you can only edit assessments that have no outstanding invitations yet. Once you've invited your first candidate to an assessment, you can no longer edit it. Click here to find out why.

To make changes to an assessment that you've already created, simply click the "Edit" button (pencil icon) for that assessment.

You'll be taken to the "Name assessment" screen (step 1) for that assessment. From here, you can easily navigate to the "Select tests" step by clicking the "Next step" button in the top right corner of your screen. You can also click the "2" button in the assessment timeline.

At this point, you'll be back in our test library. You can add new tests by clicking the "Add" button on a test. You can also remove tests from your assessment by clicking the "Remove" button on a test.

Tip: If you've already invited one or more candidates to an assessment, you won't be able to edit it. However, you can clone the assessment and make any changes you'd like in the cloned version. You can learn how to do this here.
