If you run out of credits, your payment method will automatically be charged for each additional candidate that starts an assessment.
Depending on your plan, you get a certain number of free credits per month or year. When you've used up these credits, you'll pay a standard fee for each additional candidate that starts one of your assessments (for specific prices, see our pricing page).
To make sure a candidate is never blocked from starting an assessment, extra credits are automatically charged through the payment method you've provided.
You can check your credit balance at any time when logged in to your TestGorilla account.
- Go to the account drop-down menu by clicking your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select "Plan & billing". Your current credit balance is shown here ("3" in the example below) as well as the subscription plan you're on.
